WRAP is an independent, non-profit organization that focuses on promoting ethical manufacturing practices globally. They provide certification to manufacturing facilities that comply with their standards, which include criteria related to labor practices, workplace conditions, and adherence to local laws and regulations.

The certification levels typically range from basic compliance to higher levels such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum, with Platinum being the highest. A Platinum WRAP certification signifies that the facility has demonstrated exemplary compliance with WRAP's 12 Principles, which cover areas such as lawful practices, prohibition of forced labor, child labor, harassment, and discrimination, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
